We collect information to provide and improve our services to you:
- Authentication Data (Google Sign-In): When you log in using Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information (such as your name). We use this strictly to create and manage your RentVeed account.
- User-Provided Data: Information you provide when creating real estate listings, including phone numbers, property locations, descriptions, and media (images/videos).
- Device Information: We collect non-identifiable device IDs to manage virtual rewards securely (e.g., preventing duplicate account claims for welcome coins).
- Communication Data: If you use our Premium WhatsApp support, your name and email are shared securely to verify your active RentVeed Pass status.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To facilitate account creation and login processes securely via Supabase Auth.
- To display your property listings to other users on the platform.
- To manage your virtual wallet, RentVeed Coins, and Premium Pass status.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
3. Third-Party Services
We employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf:
- Google Cloud (OAuth): Used for secure authentication.
- Supabase: Used for secure database hosting and user authentication.
- Cloudflare R2: Used to securely host images and video tours uploaded for property listings.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
To request data deletion, please email us from your registered email address at logiarentam@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will permanently erase your profile, listings, wallet data, and uploaded media within 14 days.
5. Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including encrypted database connections and secure OAuth flows. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
